THE CROSS OF THE PLÔ
The hamlet of Le Rouget takes its name from arkose, a pinkish-red rock, which was used to build the houses and Romanesque churches of past centuries. Just outside the village, on the GR hiking trail, the Pic family will warmly welcome you to their gîte, built on a small, working dairy farm in the heart of the countryside, practicing organic farming. From the gîte's balcony, you can admire and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable wooded landscape.
