In the heart of the historic center, near the Source du Pêcher spring and the castle (now the headquarters of the Cévennes National Park), Martine and François welcome you to a comfortable studio apartment on the second floor of their imposing 18th-century house. Renovated in 2016, this studio retains its original charm: period wooden parquet flooring and antique furniture. An interior stone staircase leads to your apartment, overlooking the pedestrian square, which is sometimes lively during the season (shops, cafes/restaurants, a market on Thursday mornings, and various events). The apartment is equipped with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette (electric hob, sink, microwave, small refrigerator, storage, table, and chairs), allowing you to stay completely independently. The owners also have two other gîtes in the same house: the large gîte "A La Place" and the small gîte "La Source".

The house is located on the Place de la Mairie in the heart of Florac. Free municipal parking is available 200m away. To get there, take the southern entrance to Florac and go up Avenue Jean Monestier for about 300m, then turn left towards the castle; the parking lot is located just behind it.
