Cottage located near the Boulaine forest for peaceful walks. A former barn built in 1884, this single-story structure is constructed of limestone and roofed with schist slabs. It sits on a 2000m² enclosed and shaded plot. The cottage features a very large living room, a lounge area (with a double sofa bed), a study area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a freezer, and a microwave. There are two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and one bedroom (with two single bunk beds). Amenities include a shower room, WC, washing machine, electric heating, a cot, a barbecue, a terrace with garden furniture, several parking spaces (including two covered spaces), and a very shaded, enclosed garden. Children's play equipment (swing, sandbox) is also available. Bed linen and a color TV with digital terrestrial channels are provided. Short stays are possible; please contact the owner for details.
