nature-inspired holiday cottage in the Lozère Cévennes, located 7 km from St Étienne Vallée Française and 9 km from St Jean du Gard, accessible via a local road from the CD 983, offers peace and quiet surrounded by nature for a relaxing stay. Enjoy swimming in the Gardon river, hiking, local markets, museum visits, a steam train, a rich cultural heritage, the Cévennes National Park, the Tarn Gorges, and various other activities. The cottage features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is a terrace with garden furniture and plenty of shade under the chestnut trees (40 hectares). On-site parking is available. The cottage is located in a Natura 2000 protected area (flora and fauna). Within 80 km, you can explore the mountains (Mont Aigoual and Mont Lozère), the sea, Nîmes with its Gallo-Roman monuments, and the Pont du Gard.

You will be welcomed on-site (by the owner or their son). Pick-up is available from St Etienne VF or St Jean du Gard. Dangerous dogs (categories 1 & 2) and dogs that could harm free-roaming livestock (sheep) and farm animals are not permitted.
