Nestled against the mountainside, the very quiet and spacious "Lou Cayrat" gîte is located in the attic of a fully renovated barn, just 300 meters from the spa town of Bagnols-les-Bains. The living room on the first floor has direct access to the terrace, barbecue area, and part of the orchard. From the orchard, there is a panoramic view of the village, the old Château de Retz, and, in the distance, the foothills of the Goulet mountain and the Causse d'Allenc plateau. On the garden level, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation area with a sofa, digital terrestrial television, and Wi-Fi, opens onto the terrace furnished with garden furniture. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and an alcove that can be used as an extra bed.
