Isabelle, Odile, and Ivano left their native Lorraine to settle in the Tarn Gorges. They bought the former Hôtel de Paris, which had been closed for over 15 years, and renovated it in just a few months, transforming it into a must-visit destination in Sainte-Enimie. It houses the restaurant "Le Petit Paris," a charming and welcoming spot. They have tastefully decorated their three guest rooms, preserving original features that give them a wonderful character.
