LE VALES BED AND BREAKFAST

Le Vales, nestled in the heart of the schistous Cévennes mountains, lies within the Cévennes National Park at an altitude of 600 meters, halfway up a valley with panoramic views and enjoying a Mediterranean climate. You will be welcomed to a 12th-century family farmhouse, renovated in the traditional style with exposed chestnut beams and slate roofs. Here you will find a small family farm where donkeys and ponies graze among chestnut trees, mulberry trees, and heather. The table d'hôte (set menu) is organic, predominantly vegetarian, delicious, and beautifully presented. It is reserved for guests staying at the farmhouse. It's a special time for sharing and discovering the riches and beauty of the region. Séverine also offers the rental of her gîte "Le Vales," a stopover accommodation option, and donkey rentals. Each room is equipped with a private shower and toilet and includes a large 160cm bed and 1 or 2 sleeping spaces on a mezzanine.

Our three guest rooms are each decorated according to a theme: Robert Louis Stevenson and his donkey; Antique Tools; and Medicinal Plants. Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one or two additional sleeping spaces on a mezzanine, and a private bathroom with toilet.
