Between La Canourgue and Chanac, a small road leads to Fontjulien, a peaceful hamlet on the Sauveterre plateau. This charming cottage comprises a detached, old stone house with a slate roof, fully renovated by an architect, an enclosed garden and terrace, and a stone barn with a flagstone roof, used as a storage shed. Original architectural features have been preserved, while the interior is contemporary. The living room is arranged around a large wooden table, reminiscent of a traditional farmhouse. There is a large fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom finished in tadelakt plaster, and a separate WC. Two bedrooms are located upstairs.
