Detached house, a renovated former school in a quiet, typical hamlet. At the gateway to the Tarn Gorges, 15 minutes from the Millau Viaduct. Stunning scenery, hiking, caves, canoeing, and numerous excursions in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will be captivated by the charm of the limestone plateau and the Tarn Gorges. The Soulages Museum is 50km away. Enclosed garden and courtyard, shed, parking. Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room (sofa bed), kitchenette, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom. Electric heating, wood-burning stove, TV, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, high chair, garden furniture, barbecue, cot and high chair, deck chairs. For heating, the cottage is equipped with electric radiators and a fireplace with an insert. The house is very well lit by large windows.
