This semi-detached cottage, adjoining the owner's house, is ideally located with exceptional views of the Margeride, Aubrac, and Cantal regions. The cottage, Le Marlet, includes a kitchen, a living/dining room, two bedrooms (double beds 140/190 cm), a shower room, a separate toilet, a private courtyard with a barbecue and garden furniture, and a secure storage area for bicycles or motorcycles. Two adult mountain bikes are available for your use. Internet access is included. The enclosed grounds cover 200 m². Perfect for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails nearby. In the village, you can visit the "Au détour des plantes" farm and workshop, the "Les Bisons d'Europe" animal park, the Gévaudan wolves, and the Millau and Garabit viaducts.
