Gîte La Vicairie, Causse Méjean, is located on a UNESCO World Heritage site. This traditional stone house offers stunning, unobstructed views of Mont Aigoual, the Jonte Gorge, and is close to the Tarn Gorge. It's the starting point for numerous walks and long-distance hiking trails (GRs), and is near the Arcs de St Pierre site. Ideal for hiking, climbing, caving, stargazing, canoeing, and swimming. The cottage features a living room with a fireplace and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, a separate toilet, and electric heating. A freezer and washing machine are located in the cellar. There is a terrace and a large outdoor area with a barbecue and garden furniture. Pets are welcome. Open from April to December for a minimum stay of two nights. There is no Wi-Fi access, but there is good 4G coverage.
