A small, semi-detached house, renovated in 2015, with a fenced courtyard, located in a small rural village, ideal for a stay close to nature. Upstairs, you will find the living areas: a bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe; a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator); the living room has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can serve as a second bed, a television, and a round table for four people; and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall and a corridor providing access to the upper floor and a conservatory. The property is located in the village of Montbel, in the heart of the Margeride region and on the edge of the Cévennes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous hiking trails start from the village.
