Looking for rest, sports, or a chance to reconnect with family and friends? Welcome to Domaine Sainte Germaine, located near working farms, in the heart of hiking and mountain biking trails. Just a 10-minute drive from the town center of Langogne, with its shops including a supermarket and three pharmacies, and a 15-minute drive from Lac de Naussac, offering picnic areas, windsurfing, paddle boats, tennis, and treetop adventure courses, as well as the Domaine de Barres golf course. Our gîte, "La Ferme, tout en couleurs" (The Farm, Full of Colors), is situated on a fenced property of over 2000m² at an altitude of 1160m. This 140m² non-smoking rental, with a 10m x 6m swimming pool, accommodates up to 8 people. Pets are not allowed. Fiber optic internet is available. The barbecue, laundry room, and swimming pool are shared with our other 4-person gîte, allowing for a different holiday schedule and better management of outdoor spaces. Bed linen and towels are provided.
