On the ground floor, equipped open kitchen on living-room, open chimney. 1 room: 1 bed 160cm with shower-room (Italian shower).
Laundry room: dryer, freezer.
Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms: 1 bed 160cm and 2 beds 90 x 200cm. Bathroom. Separate toilet. A game room with sofabed (books, games). Separate building of 50m² (wood storage, ping-pong..). Baby equipment. Sheets supplied free of charge.
Household linen rental. Electrical heating at additional cost.
Optional clean-up after stay: 80€.
Rental: April to October.
Services included in the rental price: – upon reservation: baby equipment (folding bed, high chair) – for rentals of 15 days or more: beds made upon arrival – household products, basic groceries (salt, oil, spices) – firewood – farm visit Optional services: – mobile bakery/grocery: Tuesdays and Fridays (700m from the cottage) – for your barbecues: direct sales of organic beef and chicken – end-of-stay cleaning: optional fee of €80 to €100 – electricity charges not included
