Fully renovated detached house (2023). It is located on the edge of the village of La Malène, the only village in the Tarn Gorges to be designated a "Petite Cité de Caractère" (Small Town of Character). The house is accessed via an external staircase. Upon entering, you will find a lovely open-plan living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher) and a lounge area with a sofa, hanging chair, television, and pellet stove. The sleeping area consists of one large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90cm). A bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a separate toilet complete this level. Outside, there is an 8m² covered terrace and a beautiful garden for relaxation. Amenities include a washing machine, a closed garage, and secure Wi-Fi.
