GITE DE CHAMPLONG DU BOUGÈS
The cottage is nestled on the edge of the Bougès state forest, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. It is a former forester's lodge with authentic architecture. The interior has been renovated for comfortable accommodation. The amenities provided allow for a completely independent stay, enabling you to fully enjoy the surrounding tranquility, disconnect from the outside world, and connect directly with nature. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and mezzanine occupy the south side of the building, while a large living room opening directly onto an outdoor terrace extends to the northeast. Numerous trails crisscross the area, including the GR 70 (Stevenson Trail), allowing you to leave your car behind once you've climbed the unpaved track leading to the cottage. The village of Pont de Montvert, which offers all services, is just a few kilometers away.

The cottage is located in the locality of Champlong-du-Bougès, a few kilometers from the village of Pont de Montvert, in the direction of Grizac/Saint-Julien d'Arpaon. An unpaved track, open to motorized traffic, which should be used with caution, leads to the cottage.
