The building is located in the village of Le Pompidou. It comprises a living room/kitchen (fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, and extractor hood), a sofa, coffee table, television (digital terrestrial), and DVD player. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, hairdryer, shower, and double vanity. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and indoor clothesline. One bedroom has a double bed. A mezzanine offers three single beds. A king-size bed (twin beds) can be made up.
