On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and induction hob), a utility room with a washing machine, and a shower room with WC. A large living room with a large country-style table, a TV area (flat screen) with a two-seater sofa bed, two armchairs, and a coffee table. Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed. (It is possible to create a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with a double bed and two single beds). A shower room with a shower and a double vanity, and a separate WC. Terrace with barbecue, table and bench, sun loungers, parasol, and a lawned garden. Heating is provided by a pellet stove and electric radiators.

Heating via pellet stove (5 euros per bag) and electric radiators (8 kWh allowance per day; 0.16€/kWh beyond that)
