Located in the "Terre de Peyre" region, this detached, former farmhouse, built of granite with a traditional stone slab roof, has been fully restored. The cottage is very peaceful and ideal for nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, and anglers. Outside, there is a 300 m² enclosed courtyard with a lawn, trees, a barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. A bread and pizza oven is located under a covered lean-to. The ground floor comprises a large 40 m² room with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge, as well as a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a single bed).
