On the ground floor, a dining room open to a fully equipped kitchen and a living with a wood stove installed in the middle of the “cantou”
On the 1st floor, a mezzanine lounge, a double bedroom ( 1 bed 140*190) a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140*190, the other one with 2 beds 90*190
The house has a central heating system (radiators, towel dryer) in addition to the wood stove.
The kitchen is equipped with all the needed equipment (gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
The house has a terrace facing south, with wooden table, a large garden and deckchairs as welle as a private parking.
Location : in the hamlet of Auriac, located in the heart of the Cevennes National Park
