STAGE DE CIRQUE

La Rosée du Matin invites you to try your hand at circus arts alongside two professional artists through a 3-day course, tailored to your age

– Children’s course: These introductory workshops for children use fun exercises to encourage creativity, gross motor skills and the development of acrobatic abilities. Practising circus arts helps develop spatial awareness, interaction with others, as well as self-confidence and an understanding of one’s own physical abilities and limits.
Course times: 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (2 hours per day)

– Adult course: The aim of these circus workshops for adults is not to turn you into top-flight acrobats. The aim, if there is one, is rather to explore the creativity inherent in the circus arts through fun exercises led by one or more qualified circus instructors. We will, of course, also cover a number of exercises related to circus practice, such as balance, basic acrobatics, building self-confidence and/or trust in your partners, exploring the sensation of vertigo… and so on.

This course is organised by La Rosée du Matin – A.U.B.R.A.C. as part of the C.G.E.A.C., in partnership with the DRAC Occitanie, the Communauté de Communes des Hautes Terres d’Aubrac and the French Ministry of Education.
