LES ÂMES DE MARVEJOLS

A visit to the Marvejols cemetery reveals the town’s prominent families and its illustrious figures, some well-known and others less so: textile mill owners, doctors, engineers, members of the Resistance, politicians, mayors, as well as the women – often unassuming – who have done so much for the town. The graves, their crosses, chapels and railings also form part of a funerary heritage that reflects the town’s wealth and its past.
