This autumn, the Saint-Chély d’Apcher Tourist Information Centre is hosting two local artists for an exhibition of oil paintings of landscapes:
Marcelle Fedeli, aged 82:
Painting came into my life at an age when one often thinks one knows it all. I started all over again when I enrolled at art college at the age of 59. This exhibition is a little piece of my heart spread out on the canvas. I paint what I love – above all Provence, the region closest to my heart. I paint in oils, working in the Impressionist style and with a touch of Pointillism.

André Leconte:
A painter for the past ten years or so, André is particularly fond of the works of Monet and Van Gogh. He mainly produces oil paintings of landscapes, in which he plays with colour particularly skilfully.
