CONCERT "CHANTS DE L'ÂME"

The village of Vébron is hosting a special concert on Thursday 17 September at 9.00 pm at the Temple de Vébron. (Admission €5): ‘Songs of the Soul’: a concert performed by the INVENTOR ensemble – Futuristic Stringed Instruments, featuring Frédéric Bousquet (Titanium Euphone), Cyril Cambon (Augmented Percussion) and Stéphane Coutable (Augmented Bassoon).

What role does spirituality play in our lives today?

INVENTOR, an international ensemble of musical instrument inventors, reinterprets timeless masterpieces, meditative works (Albinoni’s Adagio, Bach’s ‘Ave Maria’, Purcell’s ‘Dido’s Lament’) or prophetic pieces (Strauss), and presents contemplative new works commissioned from contemporary composers (Kim Arnessen).
Gates to the invisible, these ‘songs of the soul’ are a musical offering, a soothing moment of sharing and meditation, exploring transcendence and resilience.
