BIKE FESTIVAL IN FLORAC

As every year, Florac Trois Rivières celebrates cycling with a friendly, festive day open to all. Organized by the Florac Trois Rivières town hall and the PETR Sud Lozère (Regional Territorial Planning Authority), as part of the national "May by Bike" initiative, this day highlights sustainable transportation and cycling in all its forms. Throughout the day, young and old alike can enjoy a variety of activities: bike rides for all levels, bike decorating workshops, races for children and balance bikes, a parade of costumed bikes, a bike café, gatherings about bike touring, not to mention musical entertainment and activities focused on bike safety. A sale of used children's bikes will also be offered. The rides will depart from 9:30 a.m. and the activities will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The full program is available on the Florac Trois Rivières town hall website. A great opportunity to share a friendly moment with family or friends, and to (re)discover cycling in a warm atmosphere in the heart of the Cévennes.
