ATELIER CIRQUE ET DANSE

A playful physical workshop exploring contact, (im)balances and cooperation in pairs.

Through its workshops, the company invites participants to discover a practice at the crossroads of circus, dance and acrobatic movement.

Designed with a range of audiences in mind — beginners, amateurs and professionals of all ages — these sessions offer the chance to experience the body in a new way: playing with contact, weight, balance, physicality and our relationship with others.

At the heart of this approach lies the ‘body as matter’—a body explored as a malleable substance, capable of transforming, adapting and telling stories. Acrobatics and contact dance thus become playgrounds for sparking the imagination, developing motor skills and experimenting with new ways of being together.

These workshops also offer an opportunity to re-familiarise oneself with touch and physical closeness within an artistic, playful and supportive setting, whilst fostering listening skills, trust and cooperation.

Through the performance *Éther*, participants will explore in particular: our relationship with others, fear of others, sharing a confined space and cooperation.
