ARTÉMIS – CIE TIRE PAS LA NAPPE

A feminine myth exploring adolescence, freedom and the essence of life, blending theatre, music and the inner forest. Following *The Odyssey*, Marion Aubert and Marion Guerrero continue their journey through the myths with Artemis, a free-spirited, fierce and deeply contemporary figure. Goddess of the wild, of the hunt and of adolescents, Artemis lives apart from Olympus, surrounded by her nymphs, attentive to the transitions, metamorphoses and balances of life. Through her, the production explores that fragile moment of growing up, when everything seems too vast, too intense, sometimes overwhelming.
How does one find one’s place? How does one develop one’s sense of self in relation to others, to one’s body, to desire, and to a changing world?
Blending theatre, music and a reimagined mythology, Artemis invites us to view adolescence as a forest to be traversed: full of turmoil, dangers, power and possibilities.
