SAINT-JULIEN DE LA FAGE CHURCH
Built in the Romanesque style, the Church of Saint-Julien exhibits characteristics of a building predating the 13th century. Its entrance portal is located on the east side of the south facade and features a wooden door carved with animal and religious motifs. At its base lies a tomb sculpted with a chalice surmounted by a crown. The three-bay bell gable was rebuilt in 1777 and houses two bells. Inside, the nave has two bays with pointed arch vaults and provides access to two shallow side chapels as well as a niche carved into the north facade of the first bay. The church's decoration is relatively simple. Indeed, only the sculpted human figures at the springing of the arches stand out against the granite facing. The chapels each contain only one statue: to the south, a statue of the Virgin and Child, and to the north, a statue of Saint Joseph. Two statues of the Virgin Mary are housed in the niche.
