Our selection of 20 traditional cheeses ranges from pressed to soft (Meule, Tommes, Soureliettes, Pérail, Brique, Fédou, Cardabelle, Titounet, Lactic, Brousse, etc.). You can enjoy them on-site with other local products, order them from us, or find them at your local cheese shop. We welcome you to our panoramic dining room perched above the Jonte Gorges.

-Cheese sales: November to March, Monday to Friday, 10.15 am to 5 pm
-Cheese and cheese platters: April to October, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm
– Cheese and cheese platters: in July and August, every day from 10.00 to 19.30
Outside these opening hours, there is a self-service area
