ARMAND AND MARIE – FARMHOUSE ICE CREAM MADE WITH SHEEP'S MILK

Agriculture, a passion. A family farm since 1730, we are located in Hyelzas, Lozère. Between the Tarn and Jonte gorges, our sheep graze on the heights of the Causse Méjean plateau. Our family has always strived to maintain local, high-quality production, respecting the environment, animals, and people. They have passed on to us their love for our land. Today, practicing organic farming, we wish to pay tribute to our grandparents through our ice cream range, naming it "Armand and Marie." You can watch the milking every day, free of charge, at 5 pm from Easter to September. Farm products are available for self-service sale year-round.
