KARINE GILLES – LOZ'HERBES

Based in the commune of Saint-Sauveur-de-Peyre in the Haute-Lozère region, Karine Gilles cultivates and harvests numerous mountain plants. She then processes some of them, which she sells at markets and at the "La Grange aux Saveurs" farmers' market in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher (herbal teas, balms, oils, etc.). When the warmer weather arrives, Karine enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of local botany with as many people as possible through workshops and botanical walks.
