MOULIN DES DEUX RIEU

Located in the village of Grandrieu, in the Margeride region, within the former territory of Gévaudan, the Moulin des Deux Rieu is a mill producing artisanal flours using stone mills. This 18th-century watermill has been fully restored to its original state. The miller perpetuates an ancestral tradition by producing Moulin des Deux Rieu flours from local grains. The flours from Moulin des Deux Rieu allow the flavors of the grains to shine through. Here, the stone milling process is gentle and respects the grain, preserving its nutrients.
