MOULIN À VENT DE LA BORIE

This windmill from the 17th century, restored in 2017, produces the Farines du Méjean (flour), cooperating with farmers and bakers, members of the association 'Farines du Méjean', committed to the project of a micro industry of local cereals. The visits allow discovering the story of the mill. They also tackle the Causse Méjean and the agro-pastoralism, the mecanism and operation of the mill as well as the miller's savoir-faire and their role in this cereal industry.
