LA FERME DES CEVENNES

At the heart of this typical Cévennes farm, in activity, with a surface area of 180 hectares where biodiversity reigns, a route punctuated by didactic signs allows discovering more than 20 species of animals, vines and orchards. It is a place to analyse the landscape and living savoir-faires.
Visit the cheese dairy and the charcuterie workshop and roam in the ageing cave carved in the rock where thousands of Tomes and saucissons are maturing!

800 metres above sea level, where limestone, schist and granite meet, it is located at the source of the Oules spring.
Isolated hamlet 4km away from the main town of La Salle Prunet, the farm is located 5km away from Florac. You can access it by a dead-end road that goes up for almost 3km through chestnut groves.
